Their passion for collecting beautiful antiques has culminated into what is today one of the largest collections of fine 18th and 19th century French, Italian, English and Continental Antiques. This vast collection includes fine period furniture, chandeliers, mirrors, decorative accessories, garden and architectural pieces. The Connoisseur Collection of Fine Antiques® was built around outstanding quality pieces individually selected from throughout Europe's finest homes, chateaux and private collections as well as resources developed for nearly four decades. Each showroom is extremely diverse presenting exceptional selections from magnificent 18th century chateau furniture to elegant and sophisticated pieces individually selected for their beauty, quality and originality. Of particular note are many one-of-a-kind pieces be it a period Russian formal salon set or a richly carved Lyonnaise commode. To compliment their antique furniture is an outstanding selection of hand-picked decorative accessories including bronzes, terra cottas, porcelains, crystal, clocks and Objects d'Art.
Connoisseur has always been known for its' extraordinary array of antique chandeliers, sconces and table lighting including lamps, girandoles and candelabrums. With one of the largest collections in the United States, each showroom is filled with an unparalleled selection including baccarat, St.Louis, boheme and rock crystal examples. One will also find many pairs of chandeliers. There are over 500 chandeliers to choose from of every size, type and style from France, Italy and Scandinavia. Each chandelier is in impeccable condition. Their in-house staff of over 25 years, prepares every chandelier which includes custom electrification, chain and ceiling canopies.
