- What does it take to register?
- Only your name, email address, and zip code are required for registration.
- Why should I register?
- You should register to be able to access the Decorati Buying Service, communicate with designers on the site, and save favorites.
- Why do I need the Decorati Buying Service?
- Decorati represents the most high-end interior design products, sold only in design showrooms. Most products can be customized or require some decisions from the buyer before they can be purchased. Typically, only professional designers with resale certificates and showroom accounts are allowed to purchase these wholesale products. Now the Decorati Buying Service can help you purchase an item, as if we are your designer.
- What is the Decorati Buying Service?

The Decorati Buying Service enables consumers to purchase custom trade-only items . Select a product you are interested in and then
sign-up for the Decorati Buying Service. For a fee of $10, you get:
· A custom quote for the trade-only product
· Purchasing assistance
· Order tracking
· White glove delivery arrangements
· Sample assistance
· Customer Support
- Where do I sign-up for the Decorati Buying Service?
- You can join the Decorati Buying Service from any product page. Click on the “Buy Now” button on the product page to sign-up for a quote request for that item. Fill out the payment information and submit your quote request. You will be receiving a detailed response within 2 business days.
- What if I want to submit more than 1 quote request?
- The $10 fee is per quote request. However, please email us to inquire about a multi-quote package: orders@decorati.com
- Do I need to sign up for the Decorati Buying Service if I just want a price?
- Pricing is still available for free online at Decorati. If you do not see pricing for a particular item on Decorati, it is because the manufacturer has chosen not to share it. If you still want the price for that item, you should sign-up for the Buying Service and our design experts will do the research for you and send you a custom price quote.
- Why do I need a professional interior designer?
- Professional interior designers do two things: 1) They come to your home and develop a customized design vision for you, and 2) They manage the selection, ordering, and delivery of your furniture. In an industry where just about every piece can be customized, from the fabric on the sofa to the size of the coffee table to the colors in the rug, hiring an interior designer is the best way to insure your home design is successful. Decorati is an efficient way to purchase individual pieces or to share ideas with your designer.
- Do I still need the Decorati Buying Service if I am already working with a designer?
- No, you do not need the Decorati Buying Service if you are working with a designer. Please have your designer register for a designer account with Decorati. Trade references and resale ID are required.
- Can designers use the Decorati Buying Service?
- Absolutely. If you are a designer and you wish to join the growing trend towards charging for your professional expertise rather than for ordering products, you may want to use the Decorati Buying Service as your expediter. Through our high volume of sales, we have developed excellent relationships with showrooms and manufacturers which ultimately results in superior service and accountability. We can handle any size project and excel in special projects, like rush jobs.
